Telecommunication operators use the BoD solution to provide users with higher bandwidth and quality assurance. However, this solution has the following problems: the network layer has limited assurance capabilities and lacks application layer assurance. Simple network speed-up cannot solve the user's problem.
The solution adopted by Internet content providers is to deploy or rent CDN (Content Delivery Network) services to accelerate content distribution. However, this solution has the following problems: it cannot break through the network bandwidth limit and cannot provide higher rates; it is limited by the network quality and cannot guarantee the user experience; the non-coordination of the acceleration of the CDN and the network will also cause network congestion and affect the network Performance and stability, at the same time, packet loss caused by congestion will also inevitably affect service quality. This shows that simply relying on CDN acceleration cannot solve the user's problem.
Starting from the user's experience requirements, it is found that there are two main factors that affect the user experience, one is the quality of the network, and the other is the quality of application services. If both can be guaranteed, the user's business experience can be fundamentally guaranteed. .
Therefore, we hope to combine the security of the network layer and the security of the application layer to achieve specific protection for specific content requested by specific users in specific time periods. Users do not need to go to a specific page to apply for network speed-up or application guarantee, but simply click on the required content on the application interface they use to get the joint guarantee of the application and the network.
