According to the data, the basic parameters are all in line with the requirements. Only PF (power factor) is low. The lower the power factor, the greater the loss to the grid, which needs to be improved. The color rendering index 72 is the lowest of all tested bulbs.

Component description


Lampshade: It is made by injection molding of PC material, and it is assembled by glue and plastic parts of lamp body. The surface is smooth and has a matte-like matte effect, which mainly makes the light more soft, but has a great influence on the luminous flux loss. Through actual tests, the light transmittance of the lampshade was 0.94.

Light body: plastic injection molding. The aluminum material is coated with plastic and the external insulation performance is better.

The heat generated by the LED is conducted to the plastic through the aluminum material and exchanges heat with the air. The heat transfer and heat dissipation efficiency is low, and it can only be used on low-power products.

Lamp holder: The E27 lamp connector interface is of international standard size. The material was found to be made of aluminum by actual anatomy.

Core component - light source component

LED: The device is packaged in SMD2835, and the internal three chips are connected in series. According to the characteristics of the device and the chip, the device is packaged by domestic enterprises. The actual soldering foot temperature of the LED is: the positive temperature of the LED is 77°, the negative temperature of the LED is 78°, and the natural convection environment. The ambient temperature is 19°.

PCB: An aluminum substrate with a thickness of 1.0 mm and a surface treatment method for the pad OSP. The fixing of the PCB light board and the heat transfer board does not pass the screw, but is fixed by the buckle of the plastic part (the contact surface of the light board and the heat transfer board is loose, which is not conducive to heat dissipation).

Core component - power supply


Power supply: The power supply topology was found to be a RC-capable power supply. The LED current of the power output of this topology is greatly affected by the voltage of the input terminal, and the LED cannot be controlled by constant current. Seriously affect the attenuation of the LED.

As the brand of the old domestic brand - "Foshan Lighting", it is an absolute leading position in the field of traditional lighting; the process of transforming from traditional lighting to LED can be said to have a certain representativeness. But even this kind of domestic leading-edge enterprise, whether it is the color rendering index, PF value of the product or the control of the process in the production process, is not satisfactory.

Through this dismantling, it is found that some enterprises lack the "artisan spirit". It is very difficult to do small things and do fine things, even for large enterprises and listed companies.

LED bulbs are just a small product, but it is such a small product that is the basis for supporting the development of LED. It is composed of countless small products and carries the promise and future of LED to consumers. With regard to dismantling, my personal understanding is that dismantling products is not for criticism, but for better understanding and learning of good designs.
