After experiencing a period of rainy seasons, the temperature will increase rapidly, and sales of air conditioners will also increase sharply as temperatures increase. The implementation of energy-saving subsidies for air-conditioning, but also "borrowed" to the start of this year's air conditioning season, "Dongfeng." When reporters visited Chengdu appliance stores recently, they saw that the number of consumers who came to consult air conditioners has increased significantly compared with the previous days, and subsidies have become the most concern for most consumers. Subsidy promotion, consumption habits near the peak season, plus the promotion of the company's promotional resources, the 2012 2012 air-conditioning refrigeration giant's last large-scale promotion is about to erupt.

Refused to increase prices

Subsidy is not "empty"

"Before the subsidy begins, I can probably sell more than a dozen air conditioners per week, which is tepid." Xiao Zhang, a salesperson of an air-conditioned air-conditioning counter, told reporters. However, with the official launch of the subsidy, Xiao Zhang obviously felt that the number of people consulting air-conditioning was increasing. He told reporters that within a few days, he had already made nearly 10 orders, most of which were models that could receive subsidies. "On weekends, sales are expected to be better."

However, in the interview, the reporter also learned that some consumers are not very aware of the subsidy, and even have doubts. A number of air-conditioning sales staff told reporters that because the subsidy is implemented by the terminal direct price cuts, some consumers will question whether the business will raise prices in advance, and then price subsidies, in order to "fudge" consumers.

In this regard, Peng Wensong, head of Suning Air Conditioning Department, told reporters that this consumer's concern is unnecessary. He said that first of all, the promotion prices declared by companies when applying for subsidized promotion models are reported in accordance with the current market price, and some model countries will also require lower than market prices. The state will also investigate these prices. Once it is discovered that it will be dealt with seriously, the company will not take this risk because of minor losses. Second, Suning issued a notice to all air-conditioning companies from June 1 to stop the adjustment of purchase prices and avoid the situation that consumers are worried about. Finally, the stores are clearly sold at the time of sale, and consumers are not assured that they can compare them carefully. Peng Wensong also stated that the adjustment of commodity prices is not as simple as consumers think. Just change the price. It requires companies to issue price adjustment notices, and the store will adjust the entire sales system. "Suning will not raise prices for air conditioners in the near future."

“The peak of air-conditioning sales this year will come ahead of the implementation of energy-saving subsidies,” Peng Wensong said.

It is understood that since June is the rainy season in most parts of China, it is generally not a bad one for the air-conditioners at this stage. As the rainy season passed, the temperature rose dramatically, and the use of air-conditioning increased. The result was a surge in air-conditioning sales in a short period of time. However, this year's peak air-conditioning sales may come earlier with the implementation of subsidies.

"The promotion of energy-saving subsidies is the biggest incentive. After all, people who are willing to spend less are happy." Peng Wensong said. The sales figures of the stores also show the strong promotion role of subsidies. It is understood that since Suning began implementing subsidies on June 5th, Sichuan Suning had tens of thousands of yuan of subsidies every day for consumers. "After this week, with consumers' understanding of subsidies, the amount of subsidies may rise to more than one hundred thousand yuan per day."

But it is clear that businesses do not rely solely on policies. Creating consumer incentive points for the 2012 frozen year with a beautiful leopard tail has become a top priority for businesses. The new round of air-conditioning promotions by merchants is about to open. It is understood that a number of stores in Chengdu will use "Year of the Year", Dragon Boat Festival and other stages of large-scale promotional activities. Among them, clear inventory and push energy-saving air-conditioning become their two parallel lines.

It is understood that the current three or four energy-efficient inverter air conditioners account for about 70% of the entire inverter market. In the case of not enjoying subsidies, cleaning up this part of the inventory has become one of the top priorities for companies and businesses. However, some home appliance chain stores have said that this part of the air conditioning inventory is not large, digestion and pressure is not great.

At the same time, home appliance stores are also communicating with air-conditioning companies and are preparing to use more resources to promote energy-saving air-conditioning. After all, energy-efficient air-conditioning is in line with the country's general direction of promoting energy conservation, and it can also bring higher profits to enterprises. The head of Sichuan Gree’s marketing department told the reporter that Gree's main promotional activities this year are mostly high-end products, and high-end models U series and i series currently account for more than 10% of Gree’s overall sales.

Peng Wensong said that the current high-end model air-conditioning is increasingly welcomed by the market. In addition to the cooling and heating functions, this part of the model has a relatively high technical content, such as purifying the air, precise temperature control, etc. These selling points are very popular with consumers. It is understood that air-conditioning in the high-end models more concentrated in the frequency of the 1,2 energy efficiency, to 1.5P of the hang, for example, the terminal model single price is more than 3500 yuan, high-end models even reached 5,000 yuan.
