Tianjin Metro Line 2 is the east-west backbone of the Tianjin Rapid Rail Transit Network. The line starts from Caozhuang and ends at Li Mingzhuang. The total length of the main line is 22.656km. There are 19 stations on the whole line, including 18 underground stations and 1 ground station. Set up a depot and a comprehensive base in Limingzhuang, and set up a parking lot in Caozhuang.
Tianjin Metro Line 3 is the backbone line from southwest to northeast. Together with Lines 1 and 2, it forms the basic skeleton of Tianjin's rapid rail transit network. The line starts from Huayuan Industrial Park in Xiqing District, north to Beichen District, with a total length of 29.655km. There are 23 stations in the whole line, including 1 ground station, 4 elevated stations and 18 underground stations. There is a depot, training center and comprehensive base in Huayuan, and a parking lot in Xiaodian.
V. Delivery location: Construction site of Tianjin Metro Lines 2 and 3 6. Bidding scope:
One bid section: Tianjin Metro Line 2 moving lighting system lighting equipment procurement project (quantity see bidding documents)
Second bidding section: Tianjin Metro Line 3 moving lighting system lighting equipment procurement project (quantity see bidding documents)
Delivery time: December 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010 VII. Source of funds: Self-raised, implemented.
Eight, bidding unit qualification requirements:
1. The bidder shall be registered in the People's Republic of China and have the qualification of an independent enterprise legal person. The registered capital shall be 10 million yuan or more, and the business license shall be valid;
2. The bidder shall have the 3C certification or CQC certification issued by the administrative department;
3. Bidders must pass the ISO9000 standard and above quality system certification.
Note: This project does not accept consortium bids. Bidders may apply for the above two tenders at the same time, and they may not vote for both.
9. Time for purchase of bids: October 22, 2009 - November 10, 2009, 9:00 am to 17:00 pm (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
