[91 demolition maintenance] Zhongxing Star 2 tail plug maintenance

The tail plug of the mobile phone, which is the USB port, is one of our most commonly used components. We charge and transmit data every day. We all can't live without it. It is this high-frequency use that makes it a very vulnerable component. Fortunately, it is relatively easy to repair, and now follow the small series of tutorials to start moving.

Warning: There is a risk of damage to the machine by yourself and the loss of the official warranty.

Before disassembling the mobile phone, of course, the SIM card slot is removed first, otherwise it is easily damaged.

With the help of a hot air gun, heat evenly around the back shell to soften the glue so that we can remove the back cover.

We try to use the suction cup to pull up the rear cover, taking care not to use brute force, and slowly pull up.

The glue is firm and we use a crowbar to help disassemble the screen.

Then slowly remove the back cover with a paddle along the gap between the back cover and the frame.

If there is a part that cannot be dismantled, reheat the rear shell edge.

Remove the back cover.

We closely observe the structure of the tail insertion position. The tail insertion is on the small plate, and the chin blocks the small plate.

Unscrew a few screws that hold the chin.

Remove the chin.

We compare the position of the small board.

Look at the contacts inside the tail plug and it's gone.

As we continue to disassemble, we need to remove the battery first. Use a crowbar to open the cable first.

Heat the battery evenly with a hot air gun to soften the glue.

Slowly buckle the battery. The small board has a coaxial cable and a cable.

Dial the coaxial cable.

The line on the opposite side of the small board position, we must carefully disassemble.

We use tweezers to turn over the small board and remove the cable. Reinstall the new board in the order it was in.

Well, you're done, everyone thinks it's easy. Come and join us.

All tools used this time: Phillips screwdriver, tweezers, suction cups, paddles, crowbars, pick-up pins, and hot air guns.
